"Casablanca's kitchen is wide-ranging and adventuresome, and it is strictly kosher--but it cooks beyond the typical kosher menu............If you happen to be there on a day when the soup du jour is split pea, get it: it's the best I've had anywhere........The room has glass-brick dividers and other nice touches; the entire place sparkles, both in terms of design and scrupulous cleanliness.
